Third parties that may receive personal information from StatePharm Rx.

Overview
StatePharm Rx uses carefully selected service providers ("vendors") to operate our website, applications, email, and related services. These vendors process personal information on our behalf under contractual obligations that limit their use of the data to providing services to us. This list is intended to help you understand categories of vendors that may receive personal information. It is not an exhaustive list of every subprocessor or subcontractor of a vendor.
Current vendor categories
Website hosting and application delivery. Cloud hosting providers that serve our website and application (currently Amazon Web Services / AWS Amplify) may process technical logs, account-related data, and content you submit through the Site. Database and storage. Managed database and object storage services (currently AWS RDS and AWS S3) store application data such as account records, form submissions, and uploaded medication imagery used in our catalogs. Email delivery. Transactional and notification email is sent through an email service provider (currently Resend) using addresses such as no-reply@statepharmrx.com to deliver messages to you or to our staff inboxes. Rate limiting and caching. Infrastructure services (currently Upstash Redis) may process IP addresses or request identifiers to protect the Site from abuse. Authentication. Session and credential-related processing for portal login is handled within our application stack and supporting infrastructure. Maps and embeds. Embedded map providers (for example, Google Maps) may receive technical data when you load map content on our Contact page. Shipping and fulfillment partners. When medications are shipped, name, address, and package details may be shared with carriers or fulfillment partners as needed for delivery. Professional and compliance services. Advisers (legal, accounting, accreditation, or IT security) may receive limited information under confidentiality obligations when necessary.
Sale / share status
We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. We do not knowingly share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If our practices change, we will update this page and our Privacy Policy and provide any required opt-out mechanisms.
